With a background spanning AI, compliance technology and digital transformation, Nick has architected AI-driven solutions designed specifically for high-trust regulatory environments. Prior to founding Vivox AI alongside Tim Khamzin, he helped build and scale compliance and KYC technologies and contributed to major banking transformation programmes focused on operational efficiency and automation.

Previously, Dan served as Managing Partner for FinTech at venture builder Blenheim Chalcot, where he helped launch and scale businesses including Modulr, Liberis and Koodoo.
