TransferMate Global Payments has officially completed the global rollout of Vivox AI’s next-generation KYB automation platform. This deployment marks a significant milestone in TransferMate’s mission to scale its leading regulated B2B payments infrastructure across Europe, the US, and APAC.

Operating with more than 100 licences globally, TransferMate required a solution capable of handling rising onboarding and due diligence volumes without compromising on regulatory rigour. Vivox AI was selected to automate complex Know Your Business (KYB) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes through a combination of:
